Pirates Team Total OVER 4 -105 (3*) – Beckett’s getting old and has a bad hip.  I actually can’t believe he is pitching tonight because the injury hasn’t fully healed.  Beckett said on the Dodgers website that he threw a 40 pitch bullpen session on Saturday and said that he doesn’t think the feeling is going to go away it’s something he’s going to have to deal with.  This hip injury has to limit his pitch count and his innings pitched tonight and I wouldn’t be surprised that it affects his mechanics as well.  Look for the Pirates to get to Beckett early and often.
