Sunday Bet Card

Took a day off yesterday to relax, but back at it today and as I look at today's baseball card I do like how it looks and how it sets up for my plays today.  Going to have a parlay for you today as well.  Let's get right to the plays after you scroll through my updated record by sport, TOP play and star rating as always.   Once again I have to say that I NEVER play anything with juice over -140, it's just not profitable for me to do that over the long run. 1* = $100  TOP FREE PLAY – 33-21-1 (61.1%) (+$4752) MLB YTD 54-55-2 (49.5%) (+$372) NFL YTD 1-0 (100%) (+$310) PARLAY’S YTD (1*) – 0-2 (0%) (-$200) YEAR-TO-DATE * - 2* 25-21 (54.3%) 3* 42-46-1 (48.8%) 4* 25-24-2 (51%) 5* 3-0 (100%) All lines courtesy Pinnacle Sports TOP play in bold You will notice a pattern here as many games fit into my system today Phillies/Cards OVER 8 -118 (4*) - 3 Straight UNDERS in a series I take the OVER in game 4 of the series. Mets/Marlins OVER 7.5 +109 (3*) - 3 straight UNDERS Boston/A's OVER 7.5 +103 (3*) - 3 straight UNDERS Rockies ml +113 (3*) - fits into my home dog system with less than 35% on them and a total higher then 8.5 Parlay (1*) +668 - Phillies/Cards OVER 8, Mets/Marlins OVER 7.5, Boston/A's OVER 7.5

Saturday June 21st Betting Action

Thanks to a walk-0ff three-run HR by Carlos Beltran, my 2-1 day turned into a 1-2 day yesterday, but thankfully my top play with the Mariners cashed. With a 33-19-1 record on my top plays since joining DRock sports (63.4%) I'm still cashing those at a very good rate and am looking to hit another one today. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts "to win" on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold MLB YTD: 72-72-9 (+$2077) MLB plays Boston/Oakland Over 7.5 (-120) $360 to win $300 We've had two straight unders to start this four-game series off with Oakland coming out on top both times. That makes it eight straight meetings between these two teams that have stayed below the total (0-5 O/U this year) and it's about time to flip the script. Oakland starter Jessie Chavez has been a guy that's used to seeing high-scoring games this year as total has finished with a 9-5 O/U record in his 15 starts this year. Part of that is because his A's teammates give him 6.1 runs of support each time out as he hasn't quite earned the same trust they have with others on the hill. With 82 hits allowed in 86 innings of work (20 in last 18), Boston will put some men on base quite often tonight and they've just got to start cashing them in. The Sox left 19 men on base last night in the 4-3 loss as they couldn't cash those guys in but that will change with Chavez on the mound. Oakland is 4-0 O/U in Chavez's last four starts at home, 7-1 O/U in his last eight starts as a favorite [...]

Friday Bet Card

1* = $100  TOP FREE PLAY – 32-21-1 (60.3%) (+$4461) MLB YTD 52-53-2 (49.5%) (+$195) NFL YTD 1-0 (100%) (+$310) PARLAY’S YTD (1*) – 0-2 (0%) (-$200) YEAR-TO-DATE * - 2* 24-19 (55.8%) 3* 41-46-1 (47.1%) 4* 25-24-2 (51%) 5* 3-0 (100%) All lines courtesy Pinnacle Sports TOP play in bold Rangers ml +169 (2*) - Rangers have won 16 of their past 20 versus the Angels and already winning two of three in Anaheim from May 2-4.  That flight was a long, bitter one back for the Angels after giving up a walk off  grand slam to end the series against the tribe.  It's gonna take a day to shrug that one off and the Rangers should pounce on them tonight. Dodgers ml -104 (2*) - Padres are last in the majors in runs scored, RBI's, OBP, Slugging % and batting average.  Dodgers won 2 of 3 games at San Diego to start the season and are 9-2 in the previous 11 match-ups.  Ill take the Dodgers here. Jays/Reds OVER 8.5 -105 (3*)  Tigers ml +146 (2*) - Porcello is pitching great on the road 5-2 in seven road starts.  He's 8-3 with a 3.59 ERA in 19 career starts against the Indians.  He went 3-0 in four starts against the Indians last year.  Kluber is 1-3 with a 5.24 ERA in eight games (7 starts) lifetime against the Tigers.  Take the Tigers to get their road trip off on a winning note.

Friday June 20th Betting Action

It was a successful day on the diamond yesterday as I went 2-1 with my plays and both winners were nice sized underdogs. The finale between the Royals and Tigers have no chance of going over the total, but Atlanta came through as +130 dogs for my Play of the Day and Philly followed up with a win of their own at +165. Yesterday is old news though as I'm looking to give you guys some more winners on the diamond tonight. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts "to win" on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold MLB YTD: 71-70-9 (+$2244) MLB plays  NYM/Miami Over 7.5 (-115) $345 to win $300 New York won Game 1 of this series on the back of Zach Wheeler's complete game shutout and while that's a note you should all make for his next start early next week, tonight's game is one we should see plenty of runs in as well. I say that because although the Mets offense has gone stale with a 1-7-1 O/U record in their last nine games, we've got a very favorable umpire situation for a high-scoring game tonight. Home plate ump Lance Barrett has a 10-2 O/U record this year when calling balls and strikes with each team (road and home) scoring over 5 runs per game. With a lower total thanks to the Mets cold bats and the perception of both franchises being poor, we only need 75% of the 10.5 runs Barrett sees per game to pass this total. It helps that at the time of writing, only 24% of bets have come in on the high side of this total yet the [...]

Thursday Bet Card

A 4-4 grind day yesterday and cashed my TOP play to make it 3 straight in that department.  It's full time baseball for me until NFL starts so let's get started with the late games for today. 1* = $100  TOP FREE PLAY – 32-20-1 (61.5%) (+$4761) MLB YTD 50-51-2 (49.5%) (+$251) NFL YTD 1-0 (100%) (+$310) PARLAY’S YTD (1*) – 0-2 (0%) (-$200) YEAR-TO-DATE * - 2* 22-18 (55%) 3* 41-45-1 (47.6%) 4* 25-24-2 (51%) 5* 3-0 (100%) All lines courtesy Pinnacle Sports TOP play in bold Yankees ml +102 (2*) - Jays have lost 15 straight games at Yankee Stadium.  That's huge, they just can't win there period.  Plus they have lost 8 of 11 overall, averaging 2.2 runs.  Yankees continue to dominate this match-up 4-1 on the season and are getting great value at home.  I also like to use a system with home dogs getting less then 35% with a total of 8 or higher to play the home dog.  Yankees win 5-4 White Sox ml -104 (3*) - Twins got swept by the Red Sox and have lost 5 straight so they sent Deduno to the bullpen and called up a rookie to start.  Not trusting a rookie starter at all even if he has a decent triple A record this is the big leagues and the White Sox have been crushing the ball of late, scoring 15 runs in two games against the Giants and their great pitching. Boston/Oakland OVER 7.5 +103 (2*) - No Oritz that's ok because the A's can get 8 runs themselves here.  Weather is partly cloudy with the wind blowing those home run balls out to right field. Mets ml +120 (2*) - Top [...]
