Wednesday Feb 4th Betting Action

Got a profitable split last night with my two free plays and was one amazing Carter Hutton save away from the Leafs tying it up and possibly winning it in OT. But I have no problem taking the split and earning a profit thanks to both being heavy underdogs. Tonight it's back to the hardwood for tonight's free play. Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records NCAAF YTD: 24-24 ATS (-$393) NFL YTD: 11-17 ATS (-$1926) NHL YTD: 16-20 (-$324) NBA YTD: 15-20 (-$580) NCAAB: 5-2-1 (+$763) NBA Free Play Dallas +8.5 (-111) $333 to win $300 Back-to-back for the Warriors tonight and it's one of those annoying short travel trips that saw them head to Sacramento last night before returning home. The Mavericks are a much better team than the Kings and while they haven't had much success as a franchise at Oracle Arena in the past, this Dallas team should step up tonight and find a way to keep this one close. The road team is 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings between these two while the underdog has gone 4-1 ATS over the last five. 8.5-points is a lot to give a talented team like the Mavs and while I know Golden State has been blowing the doors off everyone this season, tonight's one of those nights where I think we see the Warriors have to scratch and claw for the W.

Tuesday Feb 3rd Betting Action

A poor 3rd quarter from Cleveland killed any chance of the Cavs covering that large spread last night, but tonight I'm going back to my bread and butter and that's underdogs. I'm sticking with the NHL for my free plays tonight, but have sent out five CBB premium plays to subscribers. Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records NCAAF YTD: 24-24 ATS (-$393) NFL YTD: 11-17 ATS (-$1926) NHL YTD: 15-19 (-$426) NBA YTD: 15-20 (-$580) NCAAB: 5-2-1 (+$763) NHL Free plays Toronto ML (+159) $300 to win $477 Nobody is happier to see January in the rear view mirror than the Toronto Maple Leafs are, as they only managed one victory in the first month of 2015. Oddly enough, the NBA's Atlanta Hawks won more games in January than the Leafs scored goals, so it's no surprise to see many bettors backing away from Toronto tonight. But Toronto has had this return game with Nashville circled on their calendar for awhile now. Toronto lost 9-2 at home to Nashville back in November in a game that was the ultimate low-point in Toronto's season prior to their January struggles. That game was flat out embarrassing on so many levels and the Leafs get their shot at redemption tonight. There is no way that the Predators don't take Toronto a little lightly tonight after that blowout win, and with this game sandwiched between contests against Pittsburgh and Anaheim for Nashville, I don't think we see the best effort from the Preds tonight. Florida ML (+201) $200 to win $402

Monday Feb 2nd Betting Action

I'm back at it tonight with two free plays on the hardwood as I'm looking to keep the momentum going after finishing last week off strong. Utah and LAL easily cashed as big home underdogs with outright wins and while there aren't any of those spots available to us tonight, I do believe this  play should be included on your card. Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records NCAAF YTD: 24-24 ATS (-$393) NFL YTD: 11-17 ATS (-$1926) NHL YTD: 15-19 (-$426) NBA YTD: 15-20 (-$580) NCAAB: 5-2-1 (+$763) NBA Free Play Cleveland -16.5 (-108) $324 to win $300 I'm not one to lay heavy chalk often, but Cleveland is rolling right now and actually have revenge tonight against Philly. The Cavs lost 95-92 in Philly at the beginning of January when LeBron was still in street clothes and the rest of the team took the 76ers lightly. That won't happen tonight with how well the Cavs are playing right now as LeBron has taken the reigns here and put this team on his back. Some might be a little concerned about the Cavs next game as a look-ahead one (vs. Clippers), but with two full days off between tonight's contest and that Thursday showdown, I'm not too concerned. I say that because the fact that Cleveland already lost to this brutal Philly team will have the Cavs solely focused on tonight and look to put this one out of reach early.

Friday Jan 30th Betting Action

We got a nice easy winner with the Lakers last night although they were doing everything they could to blow it during the last few minutes of regulation. I'm still nowhere near where I want/need to be in the NBA this year but am playing another home underdog tonight that's got a similar situation. Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records NCAAF YTD: 24-24 ATS (-$393) NFL YTD: 11-17 ATS (-$1926) NHL YTD: 15-19 (-$426) NBA YTD: 14-20 (-$880) NCAAB: 5-2-1 (+$763) NBA Free Play Utah +10 (-110) $330 to win $300 I was on the Lakers last night because the Bulls were in a great letdown spot after beating Golden State and looking right past L.A to their game with Phoenix tonight. Well lo and behold, we've got the Warriors out on the road tonight laying heavy chalk against a team they just beat up on a few weeks back before playing a game with Phoenix tomorrow. Golden State beat the Jazz here in Utah 116-105 a couple of weeks ago, but that game was tied at half. A hot shooting 3rd quarter from the Warriors (scored 44 points) blew the game wide open and they cruised from there. But tonight's their first game since seeing their 19-game home winning streak snapped as they didn't make a 3-pointer the entire 2nd half of that game vs. Chicago. Curry hasn't been knocking down his normal shots the past few games and the rest of the team looks like they are stuck in the dog days of the year before the All-Star break. I said yesterday that heavy road favorites are ones I look to play against and tonight is no different. Utah is [...]

Thursday Jan 29th Betting Action

Split with my free plays yesterday but managed to add money to my account with the top play on Notre Dame coming through. It was a great "fade" spot for Duke after their monumental win and a tough test on deck, and I'm looking at a similar spot tonight with my NBA Free play. Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records NCAAF YTD: 24-24 ATS (-$393) NFL YTD: 11-17 ATS (-$1926) NHL YTD: 15-19 (-$426) NBA YTD: 13-20 (-$1180) NCAAB: 5-2-1 (+$763) NBA Free Play L.A Lakers +9 (-105) $315 to win $300 The Lakers are really bad I know, and not having Kobe or Nick Young tonight doesn't help. But this is a huge letdown spot for the Bulls after their upset win over the Warriors the other night, ending Golden State's 19-game home winning streak. Chicago has the uptempo Suns on deck tomorrow and are clearly going to be looking past this depleted Lakers team tonight. Chicago is just 2-8 ATS after their last 10 victories and 3-6 ATS as favorites against any Western Conference team this year. One of those three wins came against these Lakers on Christmas Day, but that game was in Chicago and the Bulls are 0-2 ATS as road favorites against the West this year. They are also 1-7 ATS in their last eight against a losing team, so motivation against the lesser teams in this league is clearly an issue for Chicago. Compare those numbers to the fact that LA is 8-4-1 ATS as home underdogs this year when hosting a team that's coming off a SU underdog win themselves. There weren't many bigger upset wins than the one Chicago had in Golden State the [...]
