Friday October 17th Betting Action

After taking yesterday off with my free selections and watching my five Premium plays finish 3-2, I'm back at it tonight for all of you as I've found a couple of free plays that are definitely worth getting down on. I have already sent out two CFB plays for tonight's action if you are looking to get on board All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts 'to win' on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records MLB Pre All Star Break: 101-107-13 (+$691) MLB post All Star Break: 47-43 (+$2817) MLB Playoffs : 4-2 (+$670) CFL YTD: 6-8 (-$266) NCAAF YTD: 12-12 ATS (+$47)  NFL YTD: 7-11 ATS (-$1224) NHL YTD: 0-1 (-$300) Free CFB Play Temple/Houston Over 53 (-104) $312 to win $300 I would have liked to get this play in earlier in the day when it was sitting at 51 and the move actually took this one off my premium card. But we still can't ignore a move like this as we should see plenty of points between these two teams tonight. Temple's offense is rolling right now, as they've score 35 or more in four of their five games this year, including three in a row. Houston's defense isn't a top tier one by any means so I expect the Owls to threaten the 30-point mark again tonight as long as they can get off to a good start. The Owls are 5-0-1 O/U under the Friday Night lights and 10-4 ATS after failing to cover a spread, so look for them to go out and attack early. That being said, I still don't think the Owls will come out on top tonight and [...]

Thursday October 16th Betting Action

It appears as though all those bad beats I took in the NFL this past week with pick-sixes everywhere have trickled down to my week results as the losses continue to mount up. I do have multiple (5)  Premium Plays for tonight's CFB and NFL action that have already been sent out to clients, but as far as free plays go there is nothing I see that fits the bill for action tonight. So, I'm going to step back a bit tonight as I look to cash in on those premium plays and I'll be back tomorrow with at least one free play for you all. Good luck with your wagers tonight and if you want to jump on board with my top plays it's not to late to sign up. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts 'to win' on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records MLB Pre All Star Break: 101-107-13 (+$691) MLB post All Star Break: 47-43 (+$2817) MLB Playoffs : 4-2 (+$670) CFL YTD: 6-8 (-$266) NCAAF YTD: 12-12 ATS (+$47)  NFL YTD: 7-11 ATS (-$1224) NHL YTD: 0-1 (-$300)

Wednesday October 15th Betting Action: NLCS Game 4

Started off my NHL season with a loser last night as a scoreless 3rd period in Nashville allowed that game to stay below the 5.5 total. I'm back on the ice with two Premium selections tonight , but for my free play it's off the the NLCS as the Giants try to take a commanding 3-1 series lead. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts 'to win' on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records MLB Pre All Star Break: 101-107-13 (+$691) MLB post All Star Break: 47-43 (+$2817) MLB Playoffs : 4-1 (+$970) CFL YTD: 6-8 (-$266) NCAAF YTD: 12-12 ATS (+$47)  NFL YTD: 7-11 ATS (-$1224) NHL YTD: 0-1 (-$300) NLCS Free Play St Louis/San Francisco Under 7 (+100) $300 to win $300 In any seven-game series Game 4 is almost always a pivotal one (the exception being a team up 3-0) as it can swing the series drastically in favor of the team up 2-1 or get it back to level with a 2-2 series heading into Game 5. Needless to say, teams play with a lot of nerves and excitement in these games and with defense being the thing they can control best, it's usually the defense that steps up in these contests. Tonight's pitching matchup wouldn't suggest a low-scoring matchup to many with Miller and Vogelsong toting the rubber, but I expect both starters to be sharp tonight and not see a crooked number go up early on them like we saw the Giants do yesterday. With this being a night game again, that cold damp air off the west coast will prohibit the ball from flying all over the yard and both managers [...]

Tuesday October 14th Betting Action

In my opinion last night's finish to the 49ers/Rams game was a fitting way to end the week for me as both of my NFL free plays this week were flipped from winners into losers in the final minute thanks to Pick-6's. Beats like that are hard to stomach at times as it's they are a case of "right play, wrong result" but those kinds of bat beats will happen more often than not and sometimes they'll actually work in your favor. I am plugging on tonight with my first NHL free play of the season and just like my opening night thoughts piece, I'm heading to the Flames game tonight. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts 'to win' on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records MLB Pre All Star Break: 101-107-13 (+$691) MLB post All Star Break: 47-43 (+$2817) MLB Playoffs : 4-1 (+$970) CFL YTD: 6-8 (-$266) NCAAF YTD: 12-12 ATS (+$47)  NFL YTD: 7-11 ATS (-$1224) NHL YTD: 0-0  NHL Play Calgary/Nashville Over 5.5 (+108) $300 to win $324 I'm surprised to see the "under" getting all of the action in this game when you consider that each of the past 7 games between these two franchises have all sailed over rather easily. Calgary is still going to be a basement dweller this season and to do that you'v e got to let in goals as their youthful roster takes their lumps. However, that doesn't mean the Flames won't be able to score goals this year as they've got a great number of guys with phenomenal speed and for whatever reason Pekka Rinne hates to see those red and yellow flaming C's bearing [...]

Monday October 13th Betting Action

Wow, did that pick-six by Aqib Talib sting in the final minute of yesterday's Broncos/Jets game as it cost me another free play winner for you guys. Recreational bettors jumped out of their seats on the play as Denver was backed at a 90% clip and that touchdown flipped the results for many yesterday - myself included. Tonight it's the 49ers getting that kind of love from bettors but rather than touch the side for this piece (I gave my side play out in my premium selections), I'm looking at the total in this NFC West showdown. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts 'to win' on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records MLB Pre All Star Break: 101-107-13 (+$691) MLB post All Star Break: 47-43 (+$2817) MLB Playoffs : 4-1 (+$970) CFL YTD: 6-8 (-$266) NCAAF YTD: 12-12 ATS (+$47)  NFL YTD: 7-10 ATS (-$897) NHL YTD: 0-0  NFL Play San Francisco/St Louis Under 44 (-109) $327 to win $300 The 49ers are a team that's always going to get a lot of love in a matchup like this, especially when the Rams come in at 1-3 SU. St Louis has allowed 34 points in three of their four games this season and that includes both home games. But this is a franchise that's tried to model themselves after the likes of San Fran and Seattle in this division and build from the defense out, and in their first division game of the season this week I'm expecting a tough physical affair from both sides. This is an important stretch for St Louis as they host the Seahawks next week and that actually puts them in [...]
