3-1 night, but that one lose was my TOP play which was a bad beat in my books. 3-0 Cubs going to the top of 9 and can’t close it out, then a 2 run shot to end it and put the total at 8 was a hard one start to the night, but finished strong going 3-0 to close out the night. This is sports and anything can happen that’s why money management is key cause you have losing streaks and then you have winning streaks. Today is the Belmont Stakes and I have my top 3 horses for you and will be boxing another trifecta. Also NHL playoffs resume tonight and a full slate of baseball today. Below, as always, is my updated record for you followed by my plays and highlighted in bold is my TOP play of the day.

TOP play in bold
A’s Team Total OVER 4.5 -106 (3*) – A’s won last night 4-3 in extras and now are a major league best 21-11 on the road. Today they are facing a 23 year old Gausman who will be making his second start for the O’s. In his first start against Detroit he surrendered 5 earned runs on six hits in 4 innings of work. Against a hot hitting A’s team that can do damage quickly this one could get out of control early and the O’s could be relying on their bullpen which isn’t that great.
Giants Team Total OVER 3.5 -109 (3*) – Mets have dropped four straight and turn to veteran Bartolo Colon today. He has a career ERA of 5.12 against the Giants and with great weather in San Fransisco today and the wind blowing out to center field, I see the Giants taking advantage of the veteran and knocking him around for over 3.5 runs.
Jays Team Total OVER 4.5 -114 (4*) – Jays are hot right now and I’m going to side with the hot bats here as they face Miller who has given up the long ball in 6 straight road starts and won’t get any easier today. Jays lead the majors in home runs and the Rogers Center is open and wind is blowing out to right field today.
Jays Run Line -1.5 +128 (4*) – Jays have won 6 straight games, 20 of their last 24 and have Mark Buehrle going for his major league leading 11th win at home today. Jays are finding a way to get it done and proving to baseball that this team is for real. Jays win 8-3
Belmont Stakes
Belmont Stakes goes today and if California Chrome wasn’t in this race I really don’t think it would get too much ratings or exposure. There’s a lot of the same horses from the Kentucky Derby here and there’s a total of 11 horses racing today. NO Triple Crown winner has beaten more then seven horses in the Belmont to win the Triple Crown. Today history will made in New York as I’m taking California Chrome to win this race and I believe that there will be a Hollywood movie about this horse when he wins. Here’s my top 3:
WINNER – California Chrome – Get this horse early as the odds will be changing and history will be made.
PLACE – Wicked Strong – Had this horse to win the Kentucky Derby, but fell way back early out of the gate, last out, and still manged to come fourth. Had 5 weeks to train and will be one of the horses down the final stretch.
SHOW – Ride On Curlin – He was there with Chrome till the end of the Preakness and should stick around for the final stretch of the Belmont.
Boxing a trifecta with these three horses and a straight up winner with California Chrome.
