Split my free plays yesterday but the top one came through so we were able to pad our bankrolls a bit here. Tonight there is plenty going on with a full NBA card and two games in the NHL and college football, and numbers have been moving everywhere all day. So today I’ve got one free NBA play and one free NHL play that’s actually a premium play as well. I’m looking to cash both of these and keep padding the bankroll.

Detroit/Washington Over 190.5 (-105) $315 to win $300

Detroit has only allowed one team to score less than 95 points against them this season and that was the Denver Nuggets back in the season opener. That means that the Wizards should have little problem filling up the bucket tonight, especially after having three days off since their last game.

Washington is 7-2 O/U after having 3+ days off and 6-2 O/U in their last eight at home. Combine those numbers with Detroit’s 8-3 O/U run on the road and a 16-5 O/U streak going after they lost by 10+ and we will have both team’s approach 100 points tonight.

NHL Free  (Premium) Play

LA/Anaheim Over 5 (+102) $400 to win $408

This play isn’t a popular one as the Ducks have gone ‘under’ the total in 10 straight games and they are still going to be without Corey Perry and Francois Beauchemin tonight. That being said, all of those ‘unders’ have come with a total of 5.5 and this is a spot that the Ducks have been waiting for since they lost Game 7 on home ice to the Kings in the 2nd round of last year’s playoffs. Two of Anaheim’s three wins in that series finished with at least five goals and while I’m unsure if the Ducks can claim the W tonight, I do think we will see some goals.

L.A is 1-6 SU in their last seven on the road and that record is largely because they can’t keep the puck out of their net. That will eventually turn around for L.A, but the 5 goals they potted against Vancouver last time out is a good sign that this offense has begun to turn things around. They proved in the playoffs that they can win in this building (three of four wins came here) and to do that you need to score. L.A understands that they’ll be taking Anaheim’s best punch tonight given how last year finished for both sides and we should get at least a 3-2 game out of this one.
