After taking yesterday off with my free selections and watching my five Premium plays finish 3-2, I’m back at it tonight for all of you as I’ve found a couple of free plays that are definitely worth getting down on. I have already sent out two CFB plays for tonight’s action if you are looking to get on board

Temple/Houston Over 53 (-104) $312 to win $300

I would have liked to get this play in earlier in the day when it was sitting at 51 and the move actually took this one off my premium card. But we still can’t ignore a move like this as we should see plenty of points between these two teams tonight.

Temple’s offense is rolling right now, as they’ve score 35 or more in four of their five games this year, including three in a row. Houston’s defense isn’t a top tier one by any means so I expect the Owls to threaten the 30-point mark again tonight as long as they can get off to a good start. The Owls are 5-0-1 O/U under the Friday Night lights and 10-4 ATS after failing to cover a spread, so look for them to go out and attack early. That being said, I still don’t think the Owls will come out on top tonight and that means Houston will do their fair share of scoring as well.

This game could be one of those ones where the total nearly makes it over by halftime, but I have no problem waiting the entire 60 minutes to cash this bet.

Minnesota/Anaheim Over 5.5  (+130) $200 to win $260

I’m not surprised to see the majority of action currently coming in on the low side of this total with the Wild involved. Minnesota has yet to allow a goal this year (2-0) and appear to be one of the better defensive teams in the league. The problem with that thinking is the fact that Minnesota won’t be holding down teams forever and there is nothing like a trip to the coast to play the high-flying Ducks that could change things dramatically.

Anaheim has scored at least three goals in all four of their games this year and rely heavily on that offense to carry them to victory. They are well aware about how well Minnesota has played in their own end this year and the Ducks will be determined to change that tonight. Simply put, I have no problem going against the grain in a spot like this knowing that this defensive play for the Wild can’t keep up forever.
