NFL Survivor Pool Pick
It's that time of year again and with many Survivor pool's starting tonight (like mine) you must make a decision on who is going to win the dreaded week 1. Week 1 is a tough week to pick a winner after a long off season and many teams have made alot of changes from QB's to the coaching staff it can be tricky and nobody wants to loss the first week. As per requests I will post my weekly pick Thursday's, and this is a Survivor pick that I have as well. Going with the masses and taking a Green Bay, Indy or a Dallas team may look to be a safe pick, but there’s a really good chance that one of those teams will lose outright and I do not want to go down early with the masses, this is a strategy I like to avoid. This also allows me to save the stronger teams to the end if I do eventually make it there. I also do not like taking a road favorite to win early as upsets do happen and tend to take home teams early on. Survivor Pick: Tampa Bay Bucs Teams I would avoid week 1: Carolina, Miami, Cincy, Indy, Seattle, Philly Good luck to all this weekend let's all enjoy some NFL football as we have missed it for a while!
2015 NFL Betting Preview
NFL is just around the corner and in this post I am going to get you fine tuned for the upcoming NFL season from a bettors perspective. Preseason is wrapping up and it's key to note that I wouldn't take in too much to do with a teams record coming out of preseason. If a team owns a 4-0 record after preseason people tend to handicap week 1 games on how a team performed in the preseason by looking at their record. Big Mistake. With future bets I don't really look to take any OVER's because any time during the season a star player can get injured and would potentially crush my future play. Especially early on before the preseason I would never wager on an over win total for any team because of preseason injury's.
