Monday September 22nd Betting Action

It was a ho-hum weekend on the gridiron for me as my CFB premium plays went 4-6 ATS while I noted that my free play from Friday on Florida State was cancelled/bought off once it was announced that Winston would be out for the entire game. That OT win for the Seminoles have a lot of people doubting them the rest of the way with their future National Championship odds dropping, as did their opening number for this week's game. I believe we could see plenty of value in them going forward but that discussion is for another day. In the NFL, my free plays were 1-1 ATS as the Browns lost on the final play, while my premium plays went 3-2 on Sunday with one for tonight's MNF game still pending. If you are looking to get on it, signing up is easy here at D Rock Sports and with a great start to the football season under my belt, now is a great time to get on board. It's on to tonight's free plays though as I head back to the diamond for the most part with the final week of the MLB season kicking off tonight. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts 'to win' on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records MLB Pre All Star Break: 101-107-13 (+$691) MLB post All Star Break: 43-42 (+$2059) CFL YTD: 6-8 (-$266) NCAAF YTD: 8-6 ATS (+$229)  NFL YTD: 4-5 ATS (-$345) NFL Free plays Chicago/NYJ Under 45 (-106) $212 to win $200 This isn't a popular pick with 75% of the action backing the high side of this total, but I'm siding with the odds [...]

NFL Week 3 Free Picks

It's only Friday, but with a lot of NFL lines likely to be shifting around in the next 48 hours, I thought it was best to give you guys these plays now before the numbers start to move. I've just sent out a 6-pack of NFL premium plays to my clients, so it's not too late to get your name added to the mailing list to get on those plays. I was 5-1 ATS in the NFL last week with my premium plays and look to keep it going again this week. There are a couple of plays that didn't quite make the cut in terms of being premiums, but they are still very strong in my opinion. They are so strong in fact that I'm putting three units on each and giving them to you now so you can get the best of the line. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports (unless stated otherwise) with bet amounts 'to win' on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records MLB Pre All Star Break: 101-107-13 (+$691) MLB post All Star Break: 43-42 (+$2059) CFL YTD: 6-8 (-$266) NCAAF YTD: 8-5 ATS (+$529) pending NFL YTD: 3-4 ATS (-$333) NFL Free Plays Cleveland +1.5 (-104) $312 to win $300 The Browns may be coming off a huge underdog win over the Saints last week and will have many people looking to fade them after a win like that, but for a team that's been so bad for so long, there really isn't any such thing as a letdown spot. The fact that Cleveland hung tough with the Saints all afternoon, blew a lead late and didn't fold during their comeback attempt will give [...]

Monday FREE PLAY NFL Prop Bet Card

My last FREE play bet card out was Saturday for college football and went 1-1, but hit my TOP FREE play with the Sooners covering 20 points.  Was a great weekend for PREMIUM subscribers as my ALL FOOTBALL WEEKEND (starting Thursday night) has gone 8-3 overall with 1 PREMIUM on slate for tonight's Monday Night Football game.  Fully committing myself to football the rest of the way until NHL and NBA start up so my FREE baseball plays are done for the season.  It was a grind all baseball season for me and just happy to have football here again.  Thursdays and Monday's I'm going to have a prop bet card for you for the NFL games so hope you got us bookmarked and keep checking us out.  Here it is for tonight: 1* = $100  TOP FREE PLAY – 56-46-3 (54.9%) (+$3433) NCAAF YTD 3-2 (60%) (+$262) NFL YTD 3-1 (75%) (+$240) PARLAY’S YTD (1*) – 2-9 (18%) (-$316) YEAR-TO-DATE * - 2* 39-34-2 (53.4%) 3* 78-88-3 (46.9%) 4* 42-39-3 (51.8%) 5* 3-1 (75%) All lines courtesy Pinnacle Sports All lines are "to risk" TOP FREE play in bold Sacks OVER 4.5 -125 (BET365 line) (2*) - Offensive line is banged up and back ups and hurting for Philly so expect pressure from Indy all night with a pocket QB in Foles who was sacked 5 times last weekend.  Also expect Luck to get rushed a bit as the Philly's D did get to the Jags Henne last week for 3 sacks.  Like the number here all we need is 5 for the win should get there with ease tonight.  Take the OVER 4.5 sacks Nick Foles Pass Completions OVER 23.5 -130 (BET365 line) [...]

Monday September 15th Betting Action

It was a strong weekend overall for us at D Rock Sports as I managed to go 5-3 ATS with my college football premiums and continued that momentum rolling with a 5-1 ATS day in the NFL on Sunday. Overall, my free plays went 3-3 on Sat/Sun and as we get into the final NFL game of Week 2 tonight, I'm looking to finish on an even better note. Baseball makes up the majority of my free play card tonight with the pennant races heating up, but I do have a MNF play for you all too. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts 'to win' on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records MLB Pre All Star Break: 101-107-13 (+$691) MLB post All Star Break: 40-38 (+$2383) CFL YTD: 6-8 (-$266) NCAAF YTD: 8-5 ATS (+$529) NFL YTD: 3-3 ATS (-$15) NFL play Philly/Indy Under 53 (-106) $318 to win $300 Everyone's expecting a shootout at Lucas Oil Stadium tonight with over 80% of bettors playing the high side of this high total. We've got two great offenses involved, so it's no wonder everyone is expecting plenty of points, but as I've said repeatedly in the NFL, it's generally best to be in the minority. Indy is looking to run the ball more after only 54 yards on the ground last week against the Broncos, although they did have to abandon it a bit with a 24-7 halftime deficit to overcome. However, the more the Colts run the ball and move the chains, the longer Chip Kelly's ultra-fast Eagles offense has to sit there on the sidelines and stew. The Colts are 5-14 O/U when coming off a [...]

Sunday September 14th Betting Action

It was a tough 1-2 ATS day with my free plays in college, but with today's NFL action about to kick off in 30 min or so, lets get right to the plays. All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts 'to win' on favorites and flat on underdogs Play of the Day in Bold Free Play Records MLB Pre All Star Break: 101-107-13 (+$691) MLB post All Star Break: 40-38 (+$2383) CFL YTD: 6-8 (-$266) NCAAF YTD: 8-5 ATS (+$529) NFL YTD: 1-3 ATS (-$515) NFL plays New York Jets +7.5 (-117) $351 to win $300 St Louis Rams +4.5 (-107) $214 to win $200 I'm going with a couple of afternoon teams that no one seems to want and that suits me just fine. The Jets showed me something last week against the Raiders, and although there were numerous struggles and sloppy play, this is still a strong Rex Ryan defense and they've got the big boys up front that can dominate in the trenches. In fact, Green Bay's biggest weakness is on the O and D-lines and if New York can push those big boys around some today, I think we've got a one-possession game today. The Rams are another team no one wants with a new QB Austin Davis starting, but this is a guy who's a legitimate threat with his feet and could be the guy that kickstarts the Rams season. With over 70% of the action coming in on the Bucs (not sure why, the Bucs are a bad team too) and Packers tonight, I'm sitting by myself in the corner with these two plays, but I firmly believe both will cash.
