Drock Tuesday BOWL Premiums

DBB in BOLD (39-30-4) CFB Marshall -8 -106 (pinny) 7* - NIU public dog 70% siding with them = fade public dogs - Marshall has 29 native Floridians on their team, homecoming for them playing at FAU stadium = PLAY ON - NIU gameplan everygame - run right, run middle, run left, throw when necessary = easy to predict, which in turn is easy to stop. - Sr. QB Cato on playing in home state with family and friends all in attendance tonight. Quote from Cato in the sun-sentinel.com.  Cato lost his mom in grade six and had this to say.   "She will be in that stadium somewhere, somehow and she will definitely be watching," Cato said. "She would have wanted me to perform my last college game before my family. It is only fitting. When I found out that I was going to play my final game [in Boca Raton,] I fell to my knees and thanked the Lord." - Holiday has recruited many from the South Florida area and some will be playing there last game in front of their friends/family - HUGE INSPIRATIONAL game tonight, I am laying the points as I believe Marshall blows out NIU and no chance of a back door cover here. San Diego St. -3 -125 (5dimes) 4* - When PLAYING AGAINST any triple option team I look for one thing.  CAN THEY STOP THE TRIPLE OPTION ATTACK?  In this game, yes they can and have history to prove it.  It's all I look for because that's all they bring to the table every game, plain and simple.  It is a plus for them playing basically at home, but not why I took SDS here. SDS [...]

Tuesday NHL Premium Play

The Cincinnati Bengals came through for all of us last night as they played great on defense (minus two drives) and took control of that game right from the start. As a fan I'm glad they are back in the playoffs but am hoping for at least one playoff win from them as the one-and-dones are getting old hat. It's on to the NHL tonight though for my free premium selections as there are plenty of games on the board before the league takes a few days off for the holiday season. Game: Carolina (+133) vs. New Jersey (-147); Total set at 5 The Hurricanes and Devils are both marred in losing stretches right now and are desperate to head into the break on a winning note. Both teams were shutout in their last game as offense has been a concern for both teams this year, but I don't think that will be the case tonight. First off, because of those shutout losses it's no surprise to see nearly 90% of the action come in on the 'under' tonight. Both teams rank near the bottom of the league in scoring (29th and 27th respectively) and if you were to apply their averages (2.06/game for Carolina, 2.14/game for NJ), this game would stay 'under' the total. However, playing 'overs' after a team gets shutout is a strategy I generally subscribe too, and when both teams are coming off a shutout loss, that strategy becomes even stronger. Carolina is starting backup Anton Khudobin tonight who has yet to win a game this year (0-8-2), but he did look sharp in the shutout loss last time out. Yet this is not a guy you can trust to have [...]

Drock Monday Premium Card

Fade/Follow, ENJOY!! CBB: Miami-Ohio +22.5 -110 (sportsbook.ag) 1* - got this number pegged round 17 for Ohio st.  Great value in this line, public is all over the rebound game from the North Carolina loss, yet the number has moved off from 23.5 (opening) to 22.5 with only 15% on Miami-Ohio.  Miami-Ohio great at forcing turnovers (15.4/game), look for them to force a few tonight against Ohio st. and make a game out of it.  Straight value play here with a number I think is too high for Ohio st.   Miami-Ohio covers ADDED GAMES : DBB in BOLD (38-30-4) NHL: Senators ml +170 (bet365) 2* - This will be the Sens final game before the Christmas break, so they should be playing with nothing to lose with a full week off following this game.  Anderson is in net for the Sens and that's a huge plus.  Anderson is 11-5-1 with a 2.29 GAA in 17 career games against the Caps.  Washington rarely runs up the score on anyone and are always in jeopardy of losing games this season.  Senators stock is still low since the firing of Paul MacLean and that works in our advantage tonight.  Sens playing with more confidence and tonight I believe they catch the Caps napping in a road sandwich game for them (Caps coming home from a 3 game road set and back to it tomorrow night against the Rangers for another 3 game road set).  Sens undervalued and I'm on it. NBA: Houston -3.5 -108 (pinny) 2* - Like this short price with a team looking to revenge their early playoff series loss last season to Portland.  Aldridge played a huge roll in that series bringing Howard out [...]

Week 16 MNF Premium Card

Christmas is only a few days away, so since it's the giving season and you readers have been great and loyal sticking through are site issues the past week, I am posting my premium analysis for tonight's MNF game between the Broncos and Bengals up here on the site. So I wish you all a happy holiday season and let's look to make it a little more joyful with a win on this play tonight: Line: Denver (-3.5) vs. Cincinnati (+3.5); Total set at 47 - courtesy of Pinnacle Sports Now, all of you know that the Bengals are my team, but I'd like to think that I've been relatively fair and honest regarding my plays on their games this year, fading at times and playing on at times. A win for Cincinnati gets them in the playoffs with the division title still up for grabs next week, but beating Denver won't be easy. A loss this week and next could have the Bengals missing the playoffs entirely, so there is a great sense of urgency here for Cincinnati. Cincy's struggles in Prime time games have been well noted in the Marvin Lewis era, but quite frankly that's my only minor concern here. We've got the Broncos coming off clinching the division last week and I have mentioned in past plays that fading division winners in their next game across all sports is something I like to do. Quite frankly I was kicking myself for not mentioning that with Sunday's plays as the Patriots and Colts were both in that spot, and I really loved the Cowboys and we hit with that play. But the Patriots failed to cover as well and now it's the Broncos turn [...]

DROCK SUNDAY PREMIUM CARD

Yesterday was awful, so I'm posting up my card again, fade or follow, ENJOY!! DBB in (Drock Best Bet) BOLD (37-30-4) 1* - lowest 10* - Highest (only 2 10*'s this year 1-0-1) NFL: Oakland +7 -110 (sportsbook.ag) 3* - Bills 7 point favorites on the road, HUGE OVERREACTION here.  Bills traveling east to west and have been a horrible road team over the years.  NO WAY you should be laying the Bills to cover by a TD in this one with Kyle Orton at QB.  This stiff can't throw for more than 5 yards and facing a big letdown spot here.  Last week, the Bills played like it was life or death and have to be feeling physically and mentally drained.  Bills will be traveling 8100 miles in December with trips between Denver, Oakland and New England.  Will take a toll on any team and I will be ready to cash here with a live home dog taking points against a HUGE LETDOWN AND OVERREACTION team in the Bills. Houston +7 -115 (sportsbook.ag) 2* - Last week, lines open for look a head games and the books had Houston -1 before Ryan Fizpatrick went down with an injury.  So you are saying Fizpatrick is worth 7 points???????????????????????? Again HUGE OVERREACTION, Ravens thin at defense, Houston can run the ball and their defense can step up with JJ doing what JJ does and that's forcing turnovers and getting to the QB.  Houston holding offenses to 22 points or less the last five weeks.  I will thank the public for this inflated price and be taking a very live home dog today.  Moneyline is also an option here. Bears +10 -105 (pinny) 1* - Ok this [...]
