I was able to get back on track with my free plays last night as my two selections were a "sweat-free" 2-0. The Bulls stepped up like I thought they would after Derrick Rose called them out and dominated both ends of the floor against the defending champs. Utah and Milwaukee really opened things up after a slow 1st quarter and were easily able to go over the 184 number. I'm looking for a couple more "easy" winners like that tonight with these two selections. Phoenix is a team that loves to play fast too because their leaky defense can't seemingly hold anyone down. The Suns are 7-3-1 O/U after a win of late and on a 7-1 O/U run at home against an opponent that's won 60%+ on the road. They've got great scoring talent in their three guard system (Bledsoe, Dragic, Thomas) and love to push the pace any chance they get. [...]

It was another ugly day with my free selections last night as Houston folded up shop in the 2nd half and the starters (other than Harden) didn't play well at all. The Rockets look like another "one-and-done" playoff team this year and that's something to keep in mind going forward. Chicago +5.5 (-110) $330 to win $300 Derrick Rose spoke out about his team's recent play after their loss to Cleveland last time out and while some may question his dedication to the Bulls, those comments had to light a fire in that locker room. It's rare that Chicago gets this many points at home, and with this being a national TV game with the defending champs in town, I believe the Bulls come out and play one of their better games of the year tonight.

After an all around rough Monday night, I passed with free plays yesterday to regroup. Golden State shot nearly 55% from the field and nearly 41% from beyond the arc as they put up 30+ points in the first three quarters and nearly managed to hit that number again in the 4th during garbage time. There is no denying that this Warriors offense is highly entertaining to watch and with an 18-1 SU home record they are extremely tough to beat. But with this being the second meeting in such a short span and the Rockets looking to avoid getting swept 4-0 in the season series with GS (0-3 SU and ATS this year), I expect the Rockets to play one of their best games tonight as they could come away with the outright victory. The total is my highest ranked play of the bunch because prior to Saturday's meeting, these two high-scoring offenses decided to play defense against one another before. The first two Golden State wins came by 98-87 and 105-93 scores, easily cashing both 'unders.'
