Padres RL -1.5 +142 (pinny) risking $100 to win $142 – Phillies run will end today, Williams is a perfect road fade – 0-6 with a 8.01 ERA and 1.90 WHIP in nine road starts this season.  Coming off a surprising 1 run outing against the Dodgers, regression after that game will set in today.  Cashner only has two wins at home but owns a 3.62 ERA and 1.33 WHIP in San Diego this season.  Cashner has an incredible 1.25 ERA in eight appearances vs. the Phillies.  Throws a 94.8 mph avg fastball, owns a decent 48.2 % groundball rate with a respectable 7.73K/9 to 2.88BB/9.  San Diego today runs up the score and gives some runs to Cashner today (owns one of the worst run supports in baseball at 3.02 rpg, but against Williams I believe that changes) on the Phillies taking run line at plus money.
