After passing on free plays yesterday with only NHL on the board and cashing my lone premium play for clients (San Jose ML), I’m back at it tonight with a free play for you all on tonight’s Thursday Night NFL game. This week it’s another division rivalry contest as the Colts and Texans battle for 1st in the AFC South, but will it be another divisional blowout like we’ve seen on Thursdays the past few weeks?

All lines taken from Pinnacle Sports with bet amounts ‘to win’ on favorites and flat on underdogs

Indianapolis/Houston Under 47 (-110) $330 to win $300

After that crazy run of prime time ‘overs’ was snapped on MNF with the Seahawks/Redskins game, I believe we will start to see a drastic shift the other way as these totals regress back to the mean. Five of the last six meetings between these two teams have gone ‘under’ and the lone over came when the Colts made a tremendous comeback here in Houston last year after Texans coach Gary Kubiak collapsed at halftime.

Both teams have great red zone defense and the Colts offense isn’t exactly clicking the red zone as we saw against Baltimore last week. Indy’s 5-16 O/U in their last 21 division games and with the loser of these games failing to score 17 points in those five most recent unders, this game should have a similar result. Houston is 0-5 O/U after their last five losses as this game stays below the 47 number tonight.
